hES-MP 002.5是从人胚胎干细胞诱导分化而得到的间充质干细胞前体细胞(multipotent mesenchymal progenitors)。hES-MP 002.5与人间充质干细胞(human mesenchymal stem, MS)高度相似,可以分化成为多种中胚层细胞种类。hES-MP 002.5由人胚胎干细胞系SA002.5 ES(a subclone of SA002)分化得来,可以向骨细胞进行高效率的分化,分化过程具有着高级别的矿物化潜力(mineralization potential)。hES-MP 002.5细胞产品是高度均匀的、高潜力的间充质干细胞前体细胞,适合于科研级别以及工业规模的间充质干细胞生产。
hES-MP 002.5 cells are human embryonic stem (ES) cell-derived multipotent mesenchymal progenitors that resemble adult human mesenchymal stem (MS) cells and can be differentiated into several mesodermal lineages. The cells are derived from the SA002.5 ES cell line, a subclone of SA002, known for efficient osteogenic lineage differentiation and high mineralization potential with extended culture. hES-MP 002.5 cells are a homogeneous, robust source of mesenchymal progenitors, ideal for bulk production of mesenchymal cells.

使用方法
Unpacking of Cellartis® hES-MP 002.5
NOTE! For your protection: Wear a protective face mask and protective gloves. Use forceps when
handling a frozen vial. Never hold the vial in your hand as the cryo vial may explode due to rapid
temperature changes.
NOTE! When transferring the cells from the transport vessel to long time storage, immediate transfer is essential since variations in temperature may have an adverse effect on cell survival and quality.
1. Unpack Cellartis® hES-MP 002.5 as soon as possible after arrival.
2. Check all materials for leakage or breakage.
3. Using forceps immediay place the vial in liquid nitrogen at ≤ -150°C.

Population doubling of human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) and Cellartis hES-MP 002.5 cells through 30 passages. Unlike hMSCs, hES-MP 00.25 cells show no decrease in population doubling level.
